Merge Tiles Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Merge Tiles, provided by Mainel Studio. By using the game, you agree to these terms.

Using the game

Mainel Studio gives you a limited, non-transferable license to use the game for personal, non-commercial play. Mainel Studio and its licensors retain their rights in the game and its content. You must follow applicable law and may not distribute unauthorized copies, tamper with the game, exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage, or interfere with other players or game services.

If you need permission from a parent or guardian under applicable law, ask them to review these terms and approve your use of the game and any purchases.

Leaderboards and achievements

Merge Tiles uses Google Play Games Services on Android and Apple Game Center on iOS for leaderboards and achievements. These features may require an account with the relevant service and are subject to that service’s terms. Play fairly and submit scores earned through normal gameplay.

In-app purchases

Merge Tiles offers optional in-app purchases. The purchase screen describes what each purchase unlocks and shows the price before you confirm.

Payments are processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store, depending on where you make the purchase. The store’s purchase terms also apply. If purchased content is missing, check that you are signed in with the store account used for the purchase. Use the game’s restore option if available, or contact us for help. Availability on another device depends on the purchase type, the store, and the account used.

Refunds and purchase support

Refund eligibility depends on the purchase, the store’s rules, and applicable law. To request a refund, follow the instructions for Google Play  or the Apple App Store . You can also contact us for help with purchases or refunds.

Your mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable rights to refunds, withdrawal, or remedies for faulty digital content, continue to apply.

Changes to the game and these terms

We may update the game to fix issues or improve features. If we update these terms, we’ll post the updated version and its effective date on this page. We’ll give additional notice where required by law.
