Memory Pulse Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Memory Pulse, provided by Mainel Studio. By using the game, you agree to these terms.

Using the game

Mainel Studio gives you a limited, non-transferable license to use the game for personal, non-commercial play. Mainel Studio and its licensors retain their rights in the game and its content. You must follow applicable law and may not distribute unauthorized copies, tamper with the game, exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage, or interfere with other players or game services.

If you need permission from a parent or guardian under applicable law, ask them to review these terms and approve your use of the game and any purchases.

Accounts and rankings

Some features require a player account. Keep your sign-in credentials secure. Your player name, selected country, scores, and ranking may appear on your public profile or leaderboards. Play fairly and submit scores earned through normal gameplay.

In-app purchases

Memory Pulse offers optional in-app purchases for in-game coins and sound packs. Depending on the offer, you can unlock sound packs with coins or buy them directly. Sound packs change the game’s audio and give no competitive advantage. Review the product and price shown before confirming a purchase.

Payments are processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store, depending on where you make the purchase. The store’s purchase terms also apply. If purchased content is missing, check that you are signed in with the store account used for the purchase. Use the game’s restore option if available, or contact us for help. Availability on another device depends on the purchase type, the store, and the account used.

Refunds and purchase support

Refund eligibility depends on the purchase, the store’s rules, and applicable law. To request a refund, follow the instructions for Google Play  or the Apple App Store . You can also contact us for help with purchases or refunds.

Your mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable rights to refunds, withdrawal, or remedies for faulty digital content, continue to apply.

Changes to the game and these terms

We may update the game to fix issues or improve features. If we update these terms, we’ll post the updated version and its effective date on this page. We’ll give additional notice where required by law.
